Hello friends and guests! I want to share with you this delicious photo of a typical Russian food for the New Year)))

Fried potatoes, pork skewers, Olivier salad and herring under a fur coat. And all this can be eaten at the same time! What could be tastier than a New Year's meal?
The most important thing in these salads is to add as much mayonnaise as possible. Then the dish will be juicy and very appetizing!
