I will expect the country representative to operate as actively as encouraging members of their community. Steem representatives shall maintain an open channel of communication and collaboration, allowing the exchange of information and experiences among members. Steem representatives shall elaborate innovative mechanisms to help and support new users and create a positive environment in which users feel comfortable and safe. The community representative is going to be challenged on how patient and understanding he can manage in face of numerous problems that are eventually going to appear. Steemian playing the role of a representative is expected to use clear and concise language when communicating with other members. Therefore, the accuracy and veracity of the information prevent future confusion in the community and avoid unnecessary answers to questions that instantly arise. The representative in charge of a community with his team shall also be willing to listen to and learn from the close circle members, and be open to criticism and feedback. Lastly, the representative should look for ways to continuously improve and innovate, and be willing to take risks when necessary.
