WOX authors who are eligible for support from the Steemit team
WORLD OF XPILAR is one of the largest communities on Steemit. This is a free community where everyone can publish the content they like, where a minimum of restrictions and rules are imposed on authors. The only strict rules here are the ban on plagiarism and fraud.
Many authors here choose their own path and do not claim support from the Steemit team. However, there are those who carefully follow the requirements that entitle them to support from curator accounts. In this post, I want to highlight such authors, as well as provide some statistics.
To obtain the statistics below, I analyzed the authors who published more than 1 post in the WORLD OF XPILAR community during the 17 days of September.
Note: keep in mind that an author's club status can change at any time.

Greetings @o1eh i wanna thank you for showing me the support i sometimes don't deserve. I mean i try to follow the rules and to be active as possible, but sometimes work gets in the way and i see people here who seriously need funds more than me and that's why i guess sometimes i get missed, but that's okay. I really enjoy this site and the people in it, i always tried to help and contribute to this group when needed and i wanna say thank you for tagging me and appreciating my content. I want to let you know that i will try to find some time when i get free to share some more of my travel stuff, because i always know you appreciate it. :)
I adhere to the principle that real life comes first. Steemit is a hobby, a very cool hobby, but a hobby. I also work at a job, sometimes even two. In addition, I still do gardening and spend a lot of time with my child. That's why I can't always be as active in Steemit as I would like. There is nothing wrong with that. I believe that it is better to write a great post once every two weeks than to publish something of mediocre quality every day.
In addition, you have taken on the heavy burden of running the contest and have to give away a large part of the money you earn. Perhaps it demotivates.
I utterly agree with you @o1eh.
Very interesting thread.
On the hand, following your reasoning about quality and quantity, I have always wondered why Steemit puts quantity before quality. There is a clear example, entries with one (only) excellent photo receive miserable rewards and others with a lot of identical photos bordering on aesthetic horror get substantial rewards.
I don't quite understand why all the communities insist on promoting quantity. Quantity of photos and quantity of text, when many, many times we can see entries rewarded with huge amounts, which publish many practically identical photographs of dubious quality. The same happens in the field of text, I have seen entries with hundreds of words, with many spelling mistakes, syntactic errors and the worst, that said nothing.
As a professional photographer I would like both moderators and curators to be aware of how much it costs to make a good photo. On the other hand, it is frustrating to see how in photo contests, photos of very low quality are awarded and others that can certainly be considered good, are ignored. I have judged many photography contests, both analogue and digital, and I know that the job is not easy, but there are communities, even in photography, where it is clear that the jury or curators have little or no idea how to evaluate a photographic work, and this is clearly unfair.
Sorry for the length of the post, but because of your importance in the platform, it was an opportunity that I could not miss.
I also agree with you.
I believe that photos are as unique and important content as text. And when the photo is accompanied by a description, it's great. However, photographs are underrated here, as well as painting. Imagine how much time you need to spend to draw a good picture. Much more than writing a 300 word text.
I think you yourself have answered the question why photos receive few rewards. Most, if not all, curators do not know how to judge the quality of a photograph. Few people can tell the difference between an artistic photo and a good smartphone shot.
It would be great if there was a powerful curator account managed by skilled photographers or artists. This account would specialize in visual art. But creating an account requires resources. Perhaps something like this will happen someday. At least I'll try to offer something like that to the Steemit team in my next report.
Hello @o1eh
Thank you very much for your answer and opinion.
Along the lines we discussed, I had the proposal to make a post with a photo with a careful composition and perfect light, explaining why and how it was taken, both technically and creatively. The frequency could be more or less weekly. I don't know where it would fit in, but I think it would give some creative recognition to photography in general, as well as to the community.
On the other hand, if you plan some kind of activity for the Steem team, I'd love to be able to collaborate on the project.
I think it's a great idea. Any educational materials are extremely useful, especially if they are written by experienced professionals.
Tomorrow I will write a report and I will write a proposal in it. Let's see if the Steemit team responds to this offer. If so, then you will have the opportunity to work :)
Very well said. Well I’m getting kinda demotivated for example when the sc doesn’t support me although i have a beneficiary set of 25% to null, but it is what it is i guess🤷🏻♂️
Yes, I understand you. The problem with Steemit is that there are few powerful curation accounts. It's all up to the Steemit team. Even if there were 10 people working there, I'm sure they wouldn't be able to keep track of all the posts.
Well, you need to be noticed by as many people as possible. It takes time. But know, your content is cool :)
What a lovely report @o1eh I’m glad that my screen name also found its way in the list. I am pretty sure that curators, big and small, will find it useful 👩💻
Thanks dear @oleh for entry in this great list.
It shows we should be more dedicated and should share good quality post, that is beneficial for all.
Thanks 👍
Greetings friend @o1eh
I think this list of users who are active in our World Of Xpilar community is very good, it would be a guide for curators.
I believe that the writers will be able to know their position and be careful in creating their position.
Thanks for @o1eh
Thanks for the mention @o1eh :)) Have a great day and week :)
Laporan yang sangat bagus temanku @o1eh, sukses selalu buatmu
Thanks for Honarable mention me.
