Hello, here on Steemit is a person you can trust. This is @ubongudofot and he sells solar panels in Nigeria. I think it would be cheaper to ship the panels from Nigeria than from Germany. You can check his blog.

    Thank you for the recommendation, I think the product she mentioned (Sunking) is also in Uganda...(it's mostly customized and avaliable in most African countries). And they are mostly used for emergency.
