Thank you for this post. I really like hiking in the mountains. I live near the Carpathians. The highest peak in Ukraine has a height of 2061 meters, so your Burni Kelieten is much higher, and therefore the climb to it is even more difficult. However, the views you showed us were worth the effort.

    Yes, it is colder at the top than at the foot of the mountains, but in summer the temperature difference is not very big. The Carpathian mountains are not rocky, they are mostly covered with forests.
