Hi! I like the Dolphin Club initiative. However, I propose not to limit community to this.
If community resources allow, you can create a Minnow Club and possibly a Red Fish Club. To participate, choose active users who undertake not to withdraw money during their participation in the club. If during the participation in the club the user's SP decreased - exclude him from the club.
