TWO ARTWORKS, ONE BLOG by edga - edgasworld
... in todays post i will show you two works of mine.
I dont have a lot of pictures of both works so i put them together in one post.
The first work is a graffiti i painted yesterday at Mellowpark again. Lena joined me for a little "workshop" again.
I made some step by step pictures again but i missed some big steps for a complete tutorial.
Anyways i want to show you the pictures and some progress shots. Have fun with it!
Most times i start with my first lines ;)
Lets jump to the part when the fill in is done.
For more "effect" i painted some pink into the purple parts and also i painted a shadow from the brown part into the purple.
So it looks like the brown is on top of the purple.
Now it comes a big jump. I painted some red outlines on the purple part and a 3D Block. I painted shadows and also a 3D Block on the brown part. Some highlights and playing around and it was kind of finish.
Not my best but i kind of like the color concept.
Now i had some time to help lena with the baby rhino. It also turned out pretty cool and i like the fact that we just painted like 2 hours.
Some tagging and it was done :)

The second work is a commission work i painted at the Club Matrix in Berlin.

And for those who are wondering what my lovely mascot little rascal is doing...
...Voila! He is enjoying his life <3

I liked that 3d effect and the color combinations. I love nature. The baby rhino is cute, but those letters were spectacular. You can see that the cat has economic problems and that his life is falling apart. Haha, how much happiness!
