Hello guys,

So this is my very first submission for the portrait photography and art contest. I am not a professional photographer but i do enjoy taking pictures and telling stories.

For this week, i have been writing a lot about freedom and oppression. I came up with the idea of for a post and that is how this image was shot:

So usually in chess when an opponent wins you are meant to lay your king piece on the board. I switched it up in this photo to signify submission or defeat to authority. This is in line with the theme of most of my posts for the week.
