We each deserve to choose our own fate - short story - Shogun's World

This is a short story of Musashi and the witch, Musashi is a great Warrior and fighter that was held as hostage by the Soldier's of Takana. Akane and the witch are on the quest to rescue Musashi after the witch as taken down hundreds of army in the shogun world by controlling them to kill one another.

The daughter of Akane was killed by their leader in a night dance in front of her, she immediately assassinated him in the crowd, the witch saved the day, but the damage of Akane's daughter was done.

Takana wants to trade them with Akane. To save Musashi and the remaining hostages from Takana should have been the most easiest thing to do in the presence of the witch, but Musashi challenged Takana for a fight which they have been calling for for years, "Musashi said", Let us have a duel instead, if I win Akane stays with me,
There was a deal, and a combat is about to start.

This moment, Akane told the witch "save Musashi with your magic" The witch replied by saying "We each deserve to choose our own fate.", in the end of the fight Musashi was victorious, and they were free.

The story is inspired by the movie series westworld, the shogun world is another violence hosts created in the westworld. you need to watch the movie.
