As-Salamualaikum
I am presenting this episode to take part in today’s Food Photography.
We call the yellow rice on the plate "dal khichuri". Thick rice, lentils, peppers, turmeric, salt, onions, cumin and eggs have been used to cook them. Garnished with dried chillies.
In a side bowl, add mustard oil along with onion pieces , a little garlic powder and dried chilli powder and salt to taste. We use it as a delicious "chutney". The hand on the plate is mine.
