No one can dispute that autumn is the favorite season for photographers, professional and amateur, and it is easy to argue why this is so.

Colors and light!

The intense colors of the plant world just before hibernation. Trees in particular show off their leaves which change colour before they are shed.

The soft light of the sun, which no longer burns as brightly as in midsummer!

Fortunately for residents of large cities who are deprived of the beauty of the great outdoors, there are still a few parks and public gardens where photographs can be taken that are missing the streets and blocks.

One such place is also near Bucharest and is called Mogosoaia. There is a large estate and a palace there. Mogosoaia Palace, quite obviously, by the way. It was the palace and gardens of a sixteenth-century ruler, Constantin Brancoveanu.

Gardens interest me now. Made from the remains of centuries-old forests, they display the beauty of majestic trees.

Youth has its beauty too, especially now, in autumn!
