My participation in this week's contest consists of a series of photographs of a very popular square in the city where I live, which pays tribute to one of the heroes of our independence, who actively participated in the freedom of our country, responsible for bringing our national flag to the country, it is the "General Francisco de Miranda", It is located at the beginning of the "Avenida Libertad" and the "Avenida Perimetral Rómulo Gallegos" that separates the center of the city from the boardwalk of the beach of Carúpano. Due to its central location and easy access, it has become a meeting place for the inhabitants of the town and the meeting point to start the nightlife on weekends. The place has abundant vegetation and large trees, the fresh and humid sea breeze is constant due to its proximity to the sea, which makes it one of the favorite places of the locals for recreation.
