Vegetables are expensive in Korea these days. But I have a small field. Stir-fry various vegetables in chili sauce with pork to make sauce.
Grill the eggplant and fry the 'gimbap' in the egg. I put the sauce on it.
Gimbap is a food that is baked with thin seaweed and rolled into a circle with rice and vegetables.
Plant what you eat :D That's just beautifully done. I wouldn't have guessed that was eggplant at the bottom just by looking at the photo :D
