A significant event has recently taken place. One player solved three puzzles during the round!
I would like to report that my collection has suffered significant losses. Among the participants revealed a real expert in solving puzzles and a connoisseur of cinema.
@sammy00 started the round СII by solving the puzzle with the encrypted film.

In conclusion, an epochal event happened. @sammy00 crushed a puzzle that remained unsolved for over a year!
Here is his description of how he guessed the encrypted movie:
Its a movie about Greg who meets his girlfriend (Pam) parents and wants to propose. Pam's sister is marrying and they prepare for wedding but it does not go as planed and Greg is going from one trouble to another.
About the clues
We have cat - Pams father Jack has cat named Jinxy. Greg lets cat out and she gets lost so he finds similar cat and sprays its tail
Cards shows Pams parents and her sister and brother.
Near card of the Pams sister Debbie there is volleyball ball that indicates scene where Greg brakes her nose while playing volleyball in the pool.
Pams brother Denny has weed drug near his card because he used drug and then told that its Gregs after they found it.
All cards of Pams family are connected to each other.
There is circle around cards that I think represent Byrnes Family circle of trust. Greg is outside of the circle and his card is connected with Pams.
There is other card that is connected to Pams and that represent her old boyfriend Kevin that she was engaged with.
Debbies card is connected to Bob, her fiancee...

You do really good job of combining your puzzles and these puzzless are quite interesting - sometimes it is just there, everything clicks up and sometimes it is so close but yet so far
you wander what is next going to be like or the old ones that you seen so many times and you cant figure it out

I have a guess on the XCIX riddle. I think it's the 1960 film Purple Noon (Plein soleil), directed by René Clément. Starring the brilliant Alain Delon. His hero Tom Ripley kills his rich friend and tries to enjoy his life. Everything almost turned out, but the body of the murdered man was caught by a rope on the propeller of the yacht. And the action of the film begins in Rome.
