Hello friends of this beautiful community of Worldofxpilar, I want to share with you these photographs of the taekwondo discipline, which I have been practicing for 19 years, for 11 years I represented my country Venezuela with great pride and well, I still practice it to keep myself in good physical shape. , mental and emotional. I love photography and this martial art, and days ago I visualized this place, with these rocks and this wonderful view of the sea to take some photos showing some of the defense techniques used in this sport. Two days ago I asked my friend @ benavides54 to accompany me and take these pictures. I hope you like it and enjoy it.
Defensa baja y alta simultaneamente/Low and high defense simultaneously
Existen tres cosas que me llenan inmensamente, me apasiona y los disfruto enormemente, la naturaleza, el taekwondo y la fotografía, estar en esta conexión haciendo lo que me gusta es muy regocijante para mí. Realmente cuando porto este uniforme me llena de grandeza, de fuerza y una vez que me conecto con los movimientos que se realizan en este arte marcial, es algo mágico que ocurre en mi interior, cada vez que realizo mis practicas, me siento más joven llena de vitalidad, algo parecido me pasa, cuando estoy en contacto con la naturaleza.
There are three things that fill me immensely, I am passionate about and I enjoy them enormously, nature, taekwondo and photography, being in this connection doing what I like is very exhilarating for me. Really when I wear this uniform it fills me with greatness, strength and once I connect with the movements that are performed in this martial art, it is something magical that happens inside me, every time I do my practices, I feel younger and fuller. of vitality, something similar happens to me, when I am in contact with nature.

Para mí esto forma parte de mi esencia divina, creo que jamás dejaré de practicar este arte marcial, realmente es un talento mío que viene de otras vidas. Al igual que esa gran conexión con la naturaleza, con la Madre Tierra y con el Universo.
Este deporte llego a mi vida en el momento oportuno, en el momento y en el lugar ideal, me ha generado un cambio maravilloso en mi vida, me ha permitido crecer como ser humano, a tener humildad, agradecer, a tener constancia, perseverancia, disciplina, respeto y autocontrol, me ha ayudado a tener un espíritu indomable, a seguir adelante ante las adversidades y a tener más fuerza y valor para seguir adelante.
For me this is part of my divine essence, I think I will never stop practicing this martial art, it really is a talent of mine that comes from other lives. Like that great connection with nature, with Mother Earth and with the Universe.
This sport came into my life at the right time, at the right time and in the ideal place, it has generated a wonderful change in my life, it has allowed me to grow as a human being, to have humility, to be grateful, to have perseverance, perseverance, discipline , respect and self-control have helped me to have an indomitable spirit, to keep going in the face of adversity and to have more strength and courage to keep going.

La naturaleza, el deporte, la espiritualidad y el amor hacen magia divina en los seres humanos, en nuestra mente, alma y espíritu. Nos ayudan a transformar todo lo que no es tan bueno en nosotros, es decir lo que no nos beneficia para transformarlo en algo positivo, constructivo y benéfico para nosotros mismos y para otros.
Nature, sports, spirituality and love do divine magic in human beings, in our mind, soul and spirit. They help us transform everything that is not so good in us, that is, what does not benefit us to transform it into something positive, constructive and beneficial for ourselves and others.

Puedo decirles con plena convicción, que he disfrutado de este arte marcial, desde el primer momento que tome mis primeras clases de taekwondo y hasta el momento, en el aquí y en él ahora, lo disfruto inmensamente. Este arte marcial y sus técnicas van más allá, de este plano físico-material, cada movimiento, cada técnica tiene mucho que ver con los elementos de la naturaleza, con nuestra propia esencia interna, lo que somos, luz, amor, seres únicos, creados por una esencia Divina.
I can tell you with full conviction that I have enjoyed this martial art, from the first moment I took my first taekwondo classes and until now, in the here and now, I enjoy it immensely. This martial art and its techniques go beyond this physical-material plane, each movement, each technique has a lot to do with the elements of nature, with our own internal essence, what we are, light, love, unique beings, created by a Divine essence.
