📷WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST WEEK 019. Yoga on the beach 📷

This is my first entry to the contest, I start with a relaxing yoga performed at Camuri Chico Vargas Venezuela beach. Yoga in the sand is more intense but it is a good physical exercise, since the sand is an unstable and irregular surface, it costs more to practice some postures but in this way you work more on the muscular part to find stability and balance. The movements of the sand force the body to make small adjustments constantly forcing the body to activate some muscles that we do not usually use for these postures, it is highly recommended for those who like to practice this type of exercise.
