Everyone who likes basketball and sports knows who Bill Russell is, his incredible achievements in the sport are unparalleled, we can say that he is the player with more titles in the NBA with 11, some of his statistics in rebounds have not been surpassed even by the players of today and recognized as one of the most athletic players and fearless defender.

But what I admire the most is his quality as a human being and his determination, because even though he lived an infinite amount of episodes of racism since he was a child and also throughout his career, he was able to break and pulverize all those barriers and behaviors of stupid people to become one of the greatest athletes in the history of sports.

I don't understand how even in this modern era there are still such despicable things like racism or discrimination, all people have something to contribute to this world and we should admire that.
