Digital painting - orange

Hello everyone, i am very excited to share this new digital portrait drawing with you all. This just became my new favorite drawing.
The pencil version of this drawing was quite sloppy to say the least.
I love cross hatching so i applied that method to draw that one. But as i mentioned doesn't look like its very much attractive to everyone.
I chose the image in the first place because of the color and i used very saturated colors right away, and i was doubtful that too much saturated colors at the beginning would ruin the drawing....

I am glad it didn't. The very bright yellow's are color dodge of orange color and helps to show the depths of other parts.
