According to the book of Genesis in the Judeo-Christian Bible and in the Koran, Eve was the first woman and also, the wife of Adam, the first man.
She was created by God by taking her from the rib of Adam, to be his companion. Adam had been entrusted with the surveillance and maintenance of the Garden of Eden, and had been ordered not to eat of the forbidden fruit, however, Eve after hearing the arguments of the serpent, which indicates that eating the fruit of the tree of good and evil, would not kill them, but would bring them benefits; decides to disobey.
He shares the fruit with Adam, but before they can eat it, they are expelled from Eden. From then on, Eve and all women after her are sentenced to a life of pain and childbirth.
De acuerdo al libro del Génesis en la Biblia judeo-cristiana y en el Corán, Eva fue la primera mujer y también, la esposa de Adán, el primer hombre.
Fue creada por Dios tomándola de la costilla de Adán, para ser su compañera. A Adán se le había encomendado la vigilancia y el mantenimiento del Jardín del Edén, y se le había ordenado que no comiera del fruto prohibido, sin embargo, Eva luego de escuchar los argumentos de la serpiente, que le indica que comer el fruto del árbol del bien y el mal, no los mataría, sinó que les reportaría beneficios; decide desobedecer.
Comparte el fruto con Adán, pero antes de que pudiesen comerla, son expulsados del Edén. Desde entonces, Eva y todas las mujeres después de ella, son sentenciadas a una vida de dolor y de partos.
