Childhood plays a crucial role in everyone’s life. It forms our base and shapes our beliefs for our entire lives. We may not remember every happy moment of our childhood, but we never forget the traumatic moments. Most of us have faced some kind of traumatic moments in our life. We may not realize it, but they still affect us somewhere. So, we all should heal our inner child within us. It’s not necessary that you remember some incidents or some incident must happen to you. Healing is for everyone… everyone needs it even if we believe it or not.
So, take a deep breathe and say:
I love you,
I forgive you,
You are worthy,
You are healed,
You deserve all the happiness,
Thank You, Thank You!

Ahhh yes, childhood is really the best part of a person's life. So innocent and playful. And you are right. Some moments from childhood can leave a person traumatized for their whole life. So healing is important. 😊
