Hedgehogs are very useful, all gardeners get the most joy out of them.

In summer and spring, hedgehogs always prepare a supply for the long winter days when they hibernate.

Hedgehogs are omnivores and feed mostly on snails, earthworms, insects, mice and even frogs, as well as various berries.

Many people want to help them by setting up snacks and milk for them. It is true that they love milk, but the fact is that these little bug-eaters are lactose intolerant and develop severe digestive problems and diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration and death.

Therefore, it is best to provide hedgehogs with cat food that will satiate them and is harmless to them.

If you see a hedgehog during the day, it is probably injured, injured or has wandered away from its mother. Hedgehogs are nocturnal animals.
