post processing #27 / waiting for the bee
Yes, it was a real hunt: I saw bees flying around and froze in anticipation that one of them would choose exactly this inflorescence of phacelia, for which I had planned. It took quite a long time, but no one was interested in this flower and I already started looking at others.
But suddenly I noticed a rapid movement towards the already chosen one, but it turned out to be not a bee, but a slender and light fly, like a ballerina. But it's good, I thought, when this delightful creature stopped its flight on that very flower.
Any bee would look heavy among these thin stamens and delicate petals, but this fly goes very well with the shape of the flowers and with the whole environment. It gives me great pleasure to look at this particular picture and even more so from the fact that I received the photos. The wait was not in vain..
