Photo contest: post processing #12 --- Spontaneous creativity
I decided to participate in my own topic in support of the contest. I just came across a completely hopeless photo at first glance and immediately realized what to do with it to try to save her. Although I never throw anything out of the originals. Never and nothing. Attempts at processing are thrown away, and the original is always valuable because of my attention to the object contained in it, my emotions that it caused, although it did not turn out to be a good frame
When I started writing this post, I was sure that the first photo was the main result that I was going to in my thoughts and embodied. Below is one of the preliminary phases. Only three steps separated me from the goal: turning what you will see under the signature "original" by means of the "sketch" filter into what is under this text, then what is under the text, was subjected to some other filter, and then added sharpness and contrast. That's all, and I folded my paws, deciding to publish three photos.

But I know that this was not the limit, because there are no "killed" photos at all, and you can spend half your life processing only one of them, getting completely different results. Only by reducing the color and playing with contrast and illumination, I quickly did this:
And then I added contrast and lifted the white Removed all the extra bright accents that were on the dark and got this:
And so far this is the final result. Now you can safely fall asleep, and in the morning see what you have to say about it. :) I like it, don't you?
@ lllll1ll, You really played with the original photo creating totally different moods. That makes me think of a tale or story for each of the results.
I like the final option because the dark tone gives strength to the image.

Каждый результат интересен по-своему. Ты права, этот процесс обработки может быть практически вечным или пока не надоест ))
При этом каждый новый день и каждое собственное настроение будут рождать новые варианты:)

В цвете оригинала кадр явно работал хуже. Две первые редакции и последняя не только нивелируют дефекты, но и придают смысловую графику(разделитель полос работает как стрела)
Да, "смысловое" здесь и выручает.
Quite interesting processing. You go from a photo with few attractions to an image that somehow, and I don't know the reasons, reminds me of an ancient hieroglyphic.
