LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #138 / Sunset in a city setting
All the photos were taken from the car window when we were leaving the city at sunset. It is quite difficult to see and catch the sunset point among the houses, but I managed to do it in the area of the railway station, where there was a gap between the buildings. After a long life in the countryside, it is difficult to come to terms with the fact that for almost six months I will not see sunsets on the horizon. Or the dawns. Or both. It depends on where I live. I can live in the city in three places: in one you can see sunrises, in another sunsets, and in the third neither, but I prefer the third, because it is most comfortable there and you will have to sacrifice the grandiose pictures that the sun arranges twice a day.
Here's the sunset! It was great, but not for long. But I was hoping that I would still be able to see the sequel when we leave the city.
And so the sun still managed to say goodbye to us with its edge. It all depends on the terrain and, apparently, the road has risen to a small hill.
The rest of the way was also beautiful and calm, but we no longer saw the sun, admired only the colors of the sunset in the sky.
