Yes :) There are EU countries that seem will not adopt EUR like ever, as they negotiated that. (Denmark)
We've been under a currency board since 1997 (first pegged to the DM, then to the EUR), so all the restrictions are already applied, our country just didn't use all the advantages.
All my international bank cards are in EUR and each time I use them I pay at least 3% currency exchange fee. That is before all other fees and taxes.
The first countries setting it up had the choice like England. I doubt Hungary will ever introduce the euro. Not that there is any need to with the present banking system or should I say options and they all will introduce the e-wallet like ordered. As I understand everyone should have one this year.
