I prepared "Leningradsky Salad "according to the recipe.
Although each housewife has her own version of the recipe. But the basic composition of the ingredients is the same:
250 g boiled meat or poultry fillets (or sausages),
2 pcs. -potatoes, 2pcs - pickled cucumbers,
2st. spoons - canned green peas:; 2 eggs,
250 g mayonnaise - I made an Easy Vegan Aquafaba Mayo 😊 🥙
1 tomato,
50 g of fruits, herbs, salt according to your taste and desire. I didn't add any fruit to the salad.
Direction:
Boil potatoes in a peel, peel, chop. Pickled cucumbers, eggs, cut the boiled fillet. Combine the chopped ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the salad in a salad bowl in the form of a slide and line with slices of chopped tomato or fruit.

Serve on a platter with a blue border!
