This is my entry for this round.

This is called Choco Lanay Donut which is being sold by my former boss' daughter. She worked as a baker abroad and when she came home, she started to put into action what she has learned. I have been seeing her posts online about cakes, breads and pastries that she had been baking and selling. It was only last year when I decided to order cakes from her and it was really good.

When some relative of ours came home for a visit, I have been looking for different kinds of pastries or snacks that I can bring to them whenever I go visit during their vacation time here.

I then remembered my boss' daughter and ordered some of her pastries and breads.

I tried this one and I got addicted. I have been ordering from her for three straight weeks lol! This tastes so good. The choco filling is not that sweet. The bread is soft and plump and almost had that chewy texture. It smells so good too! Every bite is enjoyable.

It took a lot of will for me to stop. I will surely miss this for she decides to go work abroad again.

I have deleted the original photos of this one so I only have this collage and this other photo.

It definitely goes well with coffee. I don't put sugar or creamer in my coffee. The choco lanay donut is enough sweetener.
