Going to the park is always a pleasure for there is something interesting to see and to take photos of even if those that you have already taken a hundred of photos just like these swan boats at the park. These are for rent but I'm not sure for how much. The other kind of boats, however, can be rented for PHP150.00 for smaller boats and PHP200.00 for the larger ones both for 30 minutes maximum.
You can choose to have a rower for an additional fee of course or you can row the boat on your own.
This lake is a man-made lake and is at least 10 feet deep if I'm not mistaken. It's pretty dangerous if you don't know how to swim and you fall in the water. The lake is filled with mud making it even more dangerous. There are no lifeguards available or even life jackets.
The lake is located at the center of Burnham Park and it's one of the busiest parts of the city.
