Camogli is a beautiful small Italian town that is located west of the Portofino Mountains. Colorful buildings, its small harbor and incredible nature make the city so cozy that you can not miss it if you are in Genoa, because the distance is just 20 kilometers.

According to urban legend, the name Camogli is a combination of two simple Italian words "Casa" and "Moli", which translates as "house wives". It is believed that the name of the village was given in honor of the women who were long days waiting for their fishermen husbands who were absent for a long time.

In the city behind the port the streets are cobbled and I would advise you to wear comfortable shoes because there are also many stairs.
