Tonight for dinner we had homemade pizza's and hot chips which turned out rather nice, went to the supermarket earlier in the day and got a 3 pack of plain thin pizza bases.

We had some left over Roast chicken from last night which i wanted to use, i also got some more Ham at the supermarket just to ensure we had heaps of toppings.

This first one was the chicken pizza which also had onion mushrooms with capsicum and cheese, this was my favorite as it was tasty as - YUM!

Exhibit 2 i thought was going to be a Hawaiian but then my partner chucked on some tomatoes, so it was a Hawaiian with tomatoes which i am not even sure is legal 🤔

This is obviously the Cheese one which the kids attacked first before moving onto the Hawaiian Tomatoes creation.

Plus some Chips we did in the Air fryer which turned out pretty good, add some salt n tomato sauce and good to go!

Apart from the pizza's i did some housework today and managed 2 x walks that would have totaled 7K.

That was my Monday here in New Zealand
