Afternoon walk around Christchurch
Today was an early start which gave us an early finish so i decided to get my shoes on to go for a walk with a couple of bursts of jogging.
I headed towards Hagley park as i have never been there and its supposed to be massive, well it is!
There are wide open green spaces with botanical gardens a golf course and just lots to look at, walking paths throughout which i decided to explore.
This place is where we should hold a Steemit curation course and have a bite to eat at the same time, whose keen?
The menu looked mouthwatering which i think we would enjoy.
Hagley Park was created in 1855 and the largest urban open space in Christchurch, a river flows through the park which these pictures are of.
Once out of the park i decided to go down some streets i have not been down, found this Mcclaren 650 Spider, i may to crowd fund to be able to buy.
After around 10K i was back at my hotel but before going upstairs i wanted to get a picture of this, at the rear is the Christchurch Cathedral.
Here is my walking stats which did include some jogging but mainly walking.
