Today has been a beautiful sunny day with a temp of around 18 degrees, a perfect day for a bike ride and chance to get some more sunshine.

The ride was great and for a large part i was going into a decent headwind, no worries i thought when i turn around i will have the wind with me.

As soon i got to turn around the wind settled and was around 20% of what is was, still got some good speed with that little breeze.

I have started to drink more green tea and sometimes i will add lemon juice, been having around 2 cups of green tea per day.

Dinner Tonight

Is going to be a BBQ with some nice-looking steak which will have cat on HIGH ALERT.....

Also on the BBQ will be some Satay Chicken kebabs which always turn out very nice.

Plus we will have a couple of salads while the kids have normal veggies they like, plus we will cook some sausages which the kids will devour quickly.

I have had a pretty busy day which started with a 3K walk before washing one of the cars, been doing a little bit of putting stuff back where it belongs today.

This is my current view while i bash out this masterpiece that you are reading, drinking my green tea and enjoying the remaining sunshine of the day.
