The city of Saint-Petersburg was built at Neva river, which has several smaller tributary rivers (all are part of the same water system): Fontanka, Karpovka, Pryazhka, Griboedova and Kryukov Channels, and others.

A beautiful bridge on the Fontanka River - on the Neva embankment, near the Summer Garden.

Again, Fontanka river. All those enbankments are a great spot for photo-walks, especially in warm seasons.
