A little scene from St.Petersburg's night life. I am sure even the city inhabitants unlikely can recognize the location captured here - cause the night lighting really changes it all dramatically... In fact, this is a spot next to Palace Square not far from the Hermitage State Museum (i.e. the very historical center) - but the angle is so random, that no 'iconic' objects are visible... In this photo you can see not much: neon lights, fast food stalls and some teens hanging out around. The main thing photographed here perhaps was the light... and the night atmosphere. Check below how the photo looks like without any processing.
Я уверен, что даже обитатели города навряд ли узнают локацию, захваченную на этом снимке - так меняется город при ночном освещении... На самом деле, это место рядом с Дворцовой площадью и недалеко от Эрмитажа - но ракурс такой, что этих "знаковых" объектов не видно... на этой фотографии вообще мало что видно - лотки с фаст-фудом и молодежь, которая тусуется вокруг. Главный объект, который я здесь сфотографировал - это, пожалуй, свет... и ночная атмосфера. Ниже вы можете оценить, как выглядит сделанное фото без обработки.
