These types of people end up embarrassing me and feeling sorry for me at the same time.
They hurt, and they need to be neutralized.
They are cunning, they make video screen captures because they know that it makes it harder for search engines to find them, and they also cut the images for the same purpose. It's a clear case of plagiarism. Thoughtful, doing it with the full awareness that it is failing and doesn't care.
Then such a user should not be welcome anywhere, and should be left without any economic benefit for something that is not his.
