Your work may have the noble motive of calling for the care of water, which is currently a global concern, but since this is a Visual Arts contest, I must qualify your drawing under this prism.
Your drawing seems to me very bad in every way: A lousy drawing of the fingers and nails, something above the hand that looks like anything but a drop of water, in addition to a drawing with blots everywhere and as if that were not enough, all this on a piece of paper so battered that it seems to have been taken from the garbage.
If you are interested in drawing, you have a lot to learn.

Buenas tardes señor profesor de Arte, no me parece ético ni respetuosa su manera de evaluar el trabajo de las personas.
Veo que debieron ser más claros en sus reglas, por ejemplo decir que solo participarán artistas con destrezas para el dibujo. O que usaramos cierto tipo de material para realizar el dibujo.
Creo que esta en el lugar equivocado pues Steemit es una plataforma que da la bienvenida a todos, donde la gente es amable, es un lugar donde nos sentimos valorados y que cuando hacemos algo fuera de los parámetros (en este caso, fuera de los gustos del creador del concurso) somo tratados con respeto.
