However, the contest is about Visual Art and what matters here is the artistic and visual treatment of the work presented, so I will limit myself to evaluating your work from that perspective.
The first thing that becomes clear is that your work is not a Collage in the artistic sense of the term. In my opinion, your work is a school mural that shows a certain theme, so there is nothing more to comment on.
Perhaps it is necessary to delve deeper into what a Collage means, in its sense and artistic purpose, it may not be very clearly explained what makes cutting and pasting elements a Collage and what differentiates it from a mural with cutouts.
You may not have done the necessary effort to observe the collages that @silviadiez has profusely shown as examples of what it should be.

De tus palabras que explican las motivaciones y razonamientos que te impulsaron a realizar este trabajo, se desprende que tienes un gran sentido social y preocupación por situaciones que aquejan a los niños y que obviamente no deberían ocurrir. Te felicito sinceramente por eso.
Sin embargo, el concurso es sobre Artes Visuales y lo que importa aquí es el tratamiento artístico y visual de la obra presentada, por lo que me limitaré a evaluar tu trabajo desde esa perspectiva.
Lo primero que queda claro es que tu obra no es un Collage en el sentido artístico del término. En mi opinión, tu trabajo es un mural escolar que muestra un tema determinado, por lo que no hay nada más que comentar.
Quizás sea necesario profundizar más en lo que significa un Collage, en su sentido y finalidad artística, puede que no se explique muy claramente qué hace que cortar y pegar elementos sea un Collage y qué lo diferencia de un mural con recortes.
Puede que no hayas hecho el esfuerzo necesario para observar los collages que @silviadiez ha mostrado profusamente como ejemplos de lo que debe ser.
