Hi friends!

I would like to show you a simple exercise where we use an equilateral triangle as a shape to make some geometric artwork.

Me gustaría mostrarles un ejercicio simple en el que usamos un triángulo equilátero como forma para hacer una obra de arte geométrica.

In the centre of your drawing paper, draw an equilateral triangle as explained in the previous lesson.

En el centro de tu papel de dibujo, dibuja un triángulo equilátero como se explicó en la lección anterior.

Then, project the ends of each edge of the triangle as shown in the images below.

Luego, proyecta los extremos de cada borde del triángulo como se muestra en las imágenes a continuación.

And then, repeat lines parallel to each edge keeping the distance given by the size of the triangle as shown in the images below.

Y luego, repite líneas paralelas a cada borde manteniendo la distancia dada por el tamaño del triángulo como se muestra en las imágenes a continuación.

This way you will have drawn a mesh to use as a base for making your geometric artwork.
