Eran las 12:30 de la noche David se encontraba caminando de regreso de una fiesta en el centro de la ciudad, cuando se dirigía para cruzar la calle Guaqueri. Como una bala en medio de la noche en la mitad de la calle un rayo de luz iluminó toda la calle. David empezó a caminar en dirección a donde se encontraba la luz atraído por ella, mientras más se acercaba la luz se hacía más fuerte, empezó a sentirse algo desorientado, trató de darle la espalda a la luz y pensó en huir de ella, pero de repente un sonido ensordecedor se escuchó, la calle se oscureció y la luz desapareció por completo, en ese momento David se quedó perplejo sin poder reaccionar, no pudo dar ni un paso sentía que sus pies pesaban una tonelada y en ese instante el piso donde se encontraba se llenaba de grietas de fuego, por debajo de ellas se podía escuchar gritos de personas, gritos de terror.
It was 12:30 p.m. David was walking back from a party in the center of the city, when he was going to cross the Guaqueri street. Like a bullet in the middle of the night in the middle of the street a ray of light illuminated the entire street. Una nube de humo se elevaba desde la superficie y llenaba de un calor abominable la calle. Justo debajo donde se encontraba David sintió que algo lo sujetaban de sus pies, cuando pudo percatarse que brazos largos con garras rasgaban sus pantalones y lo jalaban lentamente hacia un agujero lleno de llamas de fuego. David fue visto por última vez aquella noche. Las personas del centro de la ciudad dicen no haber escuchado ni visto nada inusual y así el extraño caso de la calle Guaqueri sigue siendo un misterio.
A cloud of smoke rose from the surface and filled the street with abominable heat. Just below where David stood he felt something grab his feet, when he noticed long clawed arms ripping his pants and slowly pulling him into a hole filled with flames of fire. David was last seen that night. People in the city center say they have not heard or seen anything unusual, and thus the strange case of Guaqueri Street remains a mystery.

Un interesante relato donde un extraño acontecimiento se llevó a cabo en la calle Guaiquerí, tragándose al cuerpo de David sin que nadie lo percatara.
