Se despliega la pestaña y presiona PowerUp; luego se coloca la cantidad de steem a convertir.
Para mi caso seleccioné saldo, debido a que voy a potenciar todo los steem que tengo liquidos, de inmediato te aparece en pantalla donde se presiona el boton de OK y luego aparece la advertencia sobre los tokens convertidos en Poder de voto y la información sobre los plazo para el momento de querer retirarlos.

For my case I selected balance, because I will enhance all the steem that I have liquids, immediately it appears on the screen where the OK button is pressed and then the warning about the tokens converted into Voting Power of Attorney and the information about the deadline for the time of wanting to withdraw them appears.
