First of all, we have to believe that we are or can be successful. (To those who believe, everything is possible), therefore, success begins from within, in the same place where dreams are born.

We have to believe first in ourselves.

A new user made her achievement post and you asked her to retake the photo with new details which she did, she notified you that she was done but didn't get a reply from you, it is over two weeks now, she was very eager to start off with that energy buh it's getting down.
