Abrí mis ojos a eso de las 12:00 del medio día, yo pensaba que era más temprano pero me enteré de la hora apenas le pregunté a mi hermano y me lo aclaró.

I opened my eyes at around 12:00 noon, I thought it was earlier but I found out about the time as soon as I asked my brother and he explained it to me.

Me hice unas arepas para comer queso y jamón, luego empecé a estudiar Habilidad Numérica y Geometría (para los que aún no lo sabían me estoy preparando para el examen de admisión).

I made some arepas to eat cheese and ham, then I began to study Numerical Ability and Geometry (for those who did not know it yet, I am preparing for the entrance exam).

Después de estudiar, hice una pasta de espinacas con mi hermano, la idea era tener un buen almuerzo con bastantes proteínas y carbohidratos para el entrenamiento.

After studying I made a spinach paste with my brother, the idea was to have a good lunch with enough protein and carbohydrates for training.

Después de comer hicimos la digestión y luego fuimos a hacer ejercicio, para ser más preciso hoy hicimos una rutina de Full Body (cuerpo completo) ya que mi hermano tiene varios días sin entrenar y lo quise acompañar en su rutina.

After eating we did the digestion and then we went to exercise, to be more precise today we did a Full Body routine since my brother has had several days without training and I wanted to accompany him in his routine.

Llegamos a la casa, nos sorprendimos que hoy nos colocaron el agua por más de 1 hora cuando de normalidad no la colocan por más de 15 minutos. Mi hermano pudo lavar su ropa sucia que tenía más de 3 meses. Luego cenamos y mi hermano se puso a estudiar y yo me instalé en mi computadora para usar Steemit.

We arrived at the house, we were surprised that today they put the water for more than 1 hour when normally they do not put it for more than 15 minutes. My brother was able to wash his dirty clothes that were more than 3 months old. Then we had dinner and my brother started studying and I installed myself on my computer to use Steemit.
