100 DAYS OF STEEM : The Diary Game - 23/6/2020 - Day Nº11

El día de hoy me levanté algo tarde, aproximadamente como a las 12 del medio día. Lo primero que hice al levantarme fue lavarme la cara y a cepillarme los dientes, luego, preparé el desayuno junto a mi hermano. El desayuno consistió en unos sandwichs con queso, jamón y un huevo.

Today I woke up a little late, at about 12 noon. The first thing I did when I got up was wash my face and brush my teeth, then I made breakfast with my brother. Breakfast consisted of sandwiches with cheese, ham and an egg.

En la tarde como de costumbre le dediqué varias horas al Steemit, para leer varias publicaciones y brindarles apoyo, también me gusta mucho revisar varias veces mis publicaciones en el transcurso del día para ver como le van. También estudié un poco de matemáticas y mi hermano me ayudó a resolver algunas dudas que se me presentaban.

In the afternoon, as usual, I dedicated several hours to the Steemit, to read various publications and provide support, I also really like to review my publications several times during the day to see how they are doing. I also studied a little math and my brother helped me to solve some doubts that were presented to me.

El almuerzo fue casi el mismo que ayer, resulta que nos trajimos algunos pedazos de pasticho que quedaron ayer para nosotros comerlo hoy, también nos resulta beneficioso en el sentido de que no tendremos que lavar muchos trastes correspondientes al almuerzo.

Lunch was almost the same as yesterday, it turns out that we brought some pieces of pastiche that were left for us to eat today, it is also beneficial in the sense that we will not have to wash many dishes corresponding to lunch.

Como podrán ver en la imagen, detrás de mi almuerzo tengo un libro de matemáticas, varios cuadernos y otros útiles para poder estudiar.

As you can see in the image, behind my lunch I have a math book, several notebooks and other useful to study.

A eso de las 6 de la tarde pude ir con mi hermano al parque de la urbanización a hacer ejercicio, estábamos los dos muy motivados ya que teníamos varios meses sin poder entrenar juntos. Hoy no hicimos muchos ejercicios con intensidad ya que queríamos empezar suave para que nuestro se vaya acostumbrando. También decidimos en armar un calendario semanal para separar los días con diferentes grupos musculares para entrenar, hoy lunes entrenamos los Biceps y la Espalda.

At around 6 in the afternoon I was able to go with my brother to the urbanization park to exercise, we were both very motivated since we had several months without being able to train together. Today we did not do many exercises with intensity since we wanted to start soft so that our children get used to it. We also decided to put together a weekly calendar to separate the days with different muscle groups to train, today we train the Biceps and the Back.

Al llegar a la casa seguí estudiando, después aproveché y me tomé un descanso para poder hablar por teléfono con mi novia, mi mejor amigo y mi papá. (aclaro que no veo a mi papá desde el año pasado o quizás más tiempo)

When I got home I continued studying, then I took the opportunity and took a break to be able to talk on the phone with my girlfriend, my best friend and my dad. (I clarify that I haven't seen my dad since last year or maybe longer)

También preparé la cena, no le pude tomar foto pero sí se la tomé al postre. Tal vez en la imagen no se puede apreciar mucho pero es una marquesa de limón acompañado de un quesillo.

I also prepared dinner, I could not take a photo but I did take it for dessert. Perhaps in the image you can not see much but it is a lemon marquise accompanied by a cheese.

Después de cenar prendí mi computadora y me emocioné bastante ya que me di cuenta que @steemitblog, @steemcurator01 y también @xpilar me han apoyado bastante en mis publicaciones más frecuentes, así que si tienen la oportunidad de leer esto, ¡muchas gracias este evento de los 100 días de Steem es lo de las mejores iniciativas que se les pudo haber ocurrido!

After dinner I turned on my computer and I was very excited as I realized that @steemitblog, @steemcurator01 and also @xpilar have supported me a lot in my most frequent posts, so if you have the opportunity to read this, thank you very much for this event of the 100 days of Steem is the one of the best initiatives that could have occurred to them!
