Hoy sábado, tomé mas horas para dormir de las que tomo habitualmente, al levantarme asistí a través de mi teléfono a unas clases online que recibo diariamente ya que estoy haciendo un curso de inglés por una aplicación llamada "Zoom"

Today Saturday, I took more hours to sleep than I usually take, when I got up I attended online classes through my phone that I receive daily since I am doing an English course through an application called "Zoom"

Luego de recibir mis clases online, fui a la cocina para preparar el desayuno de mi hermano y mio.

After receiving my online classes, I went to the kitchen to prepare my brother and my breakfast.

El desayuno consistió en 2 arepas para cada uno, huevo y aguacate picado en rodajas. Parece un desayuno simple, pero es bien completo, tiene una buena cantidad de proteínas y carbohidratos esenciales para comenzar el día sin contar todos los nutrientes y componentes que tienen este plato de comida.

Breakfast consisted of 2 arepas for each, egg and sliced ​​avocado. It looks like a simple breakfast, but it is very complete, it has a good amount of proteins and essential carbohydrates to start the day without counting all the nutrients and components that this food dish has.

Estuve la mayor parte de la tarde haciendo mis tareas y como les mencioné anteriormente, las estoy haciendo totalmente virtual, la verdad me atrasé mucho este último lapso con respecto a mis tareas pero estoy comprometido conmigo mismo de terminar de entregar todas las asignaciones pendientes esta misma semana.

I spent most of the afternoon doing my homework and as I mentioned before, I am doing it completely virtual, the truth is that I was very late this last period with respect to my homework but I am committed to myself to finish delivering all the pending assignments this same week.

Luego cociné junto a mi hermano un plato que teníamos muchas ganas de hacer. Son pimentones o pimientos (dependiendo del país) rellenos de carne molida y arroz, con un poco de salsa de tomate por encima...

Como pueden ver, envolvimos los pimentones con aluminio para que se mantengan frescos en el horno, ya tienen el relleno por dentro.

As you can see, we wrapped the bell peppers with aluminum to keep them fresh in the oven, they already have the filling inside.

En esta imagen el brillo no es muy bueno pero igual se puede apreciar en que consistió el plato. Pimientos rellenos con ensalada y de tomar una cerveza polar.

In this image the brightness is not very good but you can still see what the dish consisted of. Peppers stuffed with salad and a beer polar.

Luego de almorzar, vi Netflix por un rato, después seguí estudiando y en la noche me preparé para recibir agua directa, así que recolecté lo necesario para aguantar hasta mañana a la misma hora, limpié la casa en lo que pude, y aproveché para lavarme la cara y los dientes.

After lunch, I watched Netflix for a while, then I continued studying and at night I prepared to receive direct water, so I collected what was necessary to last until tomorrow at the same time, I cleaned the house as much as I could, and I took the opportunity to brush my face and teeth.
