Travel | Gagauz cuisine | Traditional dishes!

Hi all!
Today I want to talk about traditional Gagauz dishes. They have a dish called kavarma. Unfortunately I don't have a photo. But it is sold and looks like a roll. Only there, instead of pure meat, there is meat with lard and a lot of spices. And for me, as I’m not used to, it’s very spicy. But it is very tasty.

In fact, Gagauz people love everything very peppery or spicy. And their traditional dishes are very different from European cuisine. Although Gagauzia can be said to be located in Moldova, and Moldova is considered strange in Europe.

Therefore, if you are in Gagauzia, be sure to try their traditional dishes. But remember that they can be very spicy. And be sure to try their wines; they are very tasty due to the fact that there is a lot of sun there.
