Travel | Bells | Bells that are more than two hundred years old
Hi all!
Today I want to tell you about the very old bells that I saw in the courtyard of the Church. It seems to me that they were cast back under the Romanovs. Under the last Russian Kings. And it seems to me that manets with the face of the Kings were glued to them or embellished.
You can see that in the very center of the bell there is the face of some saint. And below there is an engraving of the Kings. Unfortunately, I did not find the history of these bells, and there was little time on site to ask about their history.
But how did I understand that it was the Russian Tsar on the bell and that it was the Russians who created this bell? Everything is quite simple on the bell itself there are several two heads of eagles. These bells can be considered an exhibit, like in a museum. Since it’s hard for me to even imagine how old they are. I think they have definitely existed for two centuries.
To be continued...
Peace and goodness to all!
