So now I will show you the process of making this miniature bridge, here are the steps for making the steel frame bridge as follows:
Cutting H-profile steel frames to make girders, as well as making wind ties. Since this type of steel frame is an H profile with a thickness of only a few mm, we decided to make this H profile by overlapping it. So that this H profile (which will be used as a girder, as well as wind ties) becomes strong when receiving loads.
After cutting the correct amount, then the same type of H profile size will be joined together as shown in the picture, this is to make holes using a machine drill, on both sides of the H profile. In order for the process to run properly, we use the help of pliers to ensure that the H profile steel does not move so that the hole is created properly.
After the holes are created properly, it is time for us to install iron nails so that the two H-profile steels are well attached.
This is how it looks when the bridge girder has been formed neatly and correctly.

So after printing the pattern on the steel plate, now we only need this cutting so that the steel plate is cut neatly, then we use a gerendra machine.
An inside view as the steel plate and girder of the bridge will be joined together with bolts as soon as possible.
This is how it looks from the front when the writing plate and the bridge girder will be joined together by bolts.
The process of perforating the cut steel plate, this is used to facilitate the installation of bolts to connect the bridge girder and steel plate.
