I have noticed lately that when I upvote a post and it was at say 50 cents prior to my vote that it would suddenly jump to $60 or so. I don't have anywhere near that much SP so I wonder what is going on there.
I think it's that "posting delay" the Steemit front end is having, reading current data from the blockchain.
I think what we sometimes see is our vote — however large or small — suddenly "updating" a post's information from delayed to current. But if you refresh the page, it goes back to nothing there.
I really hope someone is working on fixing this.
