A pocos día de llegar la navidad @adeljose ofrece la hermosa oportunidad de expresar nuestros deseos en unas líneas a alguien muy especial a través de una carta de navidad, no quise dejar pasar la oportunidad de escribir la mía recordando mi infancia cuando le escribía al Niño Jesús cada navidad y la colgaba en el árbol. Por ello esta vez creo oportuno escribirle nuevamente luego de tantos años de no hacerlo.

Querido Niño Jesús:

Dear Child Jesus:

Hoy más que pedirte quiero agradecerte por mantenerme a salvo junto a mi familia, alejada de lo maldad del mundo, llena de salud y energías para enfrentar cada día, pero sobre todo querido Niño agradezco por permitirme ver cada día la luz del amanecer.

Today, more than asking you, I want to thank you for keeping me safe with my family, away from the evil of the world, full of health and energy to face each day, but above all, dear Child, I thank you for allowing me to see the light of dawn every day.

En vista dento dolor en el que vivimos sumergidos los humanos y tantas injusticias, quiero pedirte querido Jesús que donde exista un corazón dolorido, lleno de sentimientos negativos, cerrado a cualquier posibilidad de ser feliz; Tú con tu misericordiosa mano lo toques y lo llenes de amor puro, sentimientos nobles dispuesto a aceptarte en él, para así aminorar el dolor que sentimos las personas por las difíciles situaciones que a diario vivimos.
También te pido por la personas que ahora se encuentran pasando por alguna situación de enfermedad, dales la oportunidad de mejorar su condición de salud y aumenta su ánimo de luchar cada día día.

In view of so much pain in which we humans live submerged and so many injustices, I want to ask you, dear Jesus, that where there is a aching heart, full of negative feelings, closed to any possibility of being happy; You touch it with your merciful hand and fill it with pure love, noble feelings willing to accept you in it, in order to lessen the pain that people feel due to the difficult situations that we live daily.
I also ask you for the people who are now going through some disease situation, give them the opportunity to improve their health condition and increase their spirit to fight every day.

Por más que quiera no puedo dejar a un lado mi querido país, ese que me vio nacer y crecer; el que ahora está hundido en el caos por la ineficiencia de gobernantes incapaces que solo han aprovechado el poder para satisfacer sus caprichos dejando a un pueblo sumido en la pobreza. Solo tú ni mi Jesús puedes salvar a mi país, mi gente que a gritos te suplica misericordia; con tan solo un milagro tuyo saldremos adelante, eres tú quien puedes y confiando en ti estoy de que harás el milagro para mi país y muy pronto todo esto habrá sido solo un mal tiempo que oscureció el cielo de nuestro país.

As much as I want, I cannot put aside my beloved country, the one that saw me be born and grow up; the one that is now plunged into chaos by the inefficiency of incompetent rulers who have only used power to satisfy their whims, leaving a people mired in poverty.
