Hello friend, beautiful painting you drew after your visit to the doctor.
As long as you eat well, you won't have any problems. I believe that living is a privilege and if we can extend life a little longer then it is worth going to the doctor.
I agree. Simple food, healthy diet, breathing through the nose, walking meditation... Restful slumber.
